Do you replace the expert?
No. We work strictly as a service provider for certified experts and prepare the calculation that the expert reviews and releases under their own name.
How do I send a new case?
Through our expert intake form — upload photos, vehicle data and damage notes, and we take it from there.
Can the file be sent directly to Expertise?
Yes. On request the finalised calculation is forwarded to Expertise as part of the handover package.
